What Is Covered: This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship in your new Seahawk Designs furniture.

How Long Your Coverage Lasts: This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase of your Seahawk Designs furniture. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture.

What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage such as that caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, freight damage, accidents of any type or improper maintenance. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair voids this warranty.

Eligibility for Coverage: In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, YOU MUST RETURN THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD within sixty (60) days of purchase of your furniture.

What Will Seahawk Designs, Inc. Do To Correct Problems: All warranty service must be provided through the dealer where you purchased your Seahawk Designs furniture. If the dealer determines that a warranty problem exists, Seahawk Designs will either replace or authorize the dealer to repair the defective product. Seahawk Designs , Inc. reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy. If the dealer or factory representative finds return to the factory necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation on Claims: EXCEPT FOR YOUR REMEDIES FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM DESCRIBED IN THE PARAGRAPH ABOVE, SEAHAWK DESIGNS MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL . By way of example only, (i) incidental damages include items such as phone charges, time lost from work, transportation costs and cost of renting a product to temporarily replace the warranted furniture; and (ii) consequential damages include items such as replacing other property that is damaged when the warranted furniture fails, are not covered.

Third Party Warranties: Your Seahawk Designs furniture may contain components which come labeled with manufacturers' warranties which are in addition to the warranty coverage provided by Seahawk Designs. Any such warranty coverage is the sole obligation of the manufacturer of that component and you should contact the manufacturer of that component directly in the event of a warranty claim.
